Delivery Timeline

Your order ships as soon as it's crafted by our nail techs, with operations running on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your package is dispatched.

Damaged & LOST Parcels

  3. Investigation: We will conduct an investigation with the courier service to locate your parcel. This process can take several days.

  4. Resolution: Once the investigation is complete, we will offer a suitable resolution, such as reshipping your order or providing a refund
